The room was new and clean, with a TV, free Wi-Fi, and the friendly staff; the location was incredibly central, just a stone's throw from downtown.

Our stay was amazing, liked satisfactory breakfasts.
It was clean, the staff was really friendly and excellent, plus the service was very good! The location was particularly good for Santa Cruz de La Sierra, so close to sightseeing, all sights, restaurants and cafes in Santa Cruz, and city centre.

The hotel's location was marvellous, close to 7 Calles market with a market and shops within walking distance.
Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

Our room with good ac was brand-new and perfectly clean with exceptionally comfortable beds. Location: the hotel was close enough to the old center of Santa Cruz, and Peru/Bolivia. Local fast food option Pollos Chuy was 5 minutes walk away

Enjoyed the twin room with TV, wouldn't mind staying there all day. the bathroom had a shower, hair dryers, and towels. - Excellent location, close to a Catholic cathedral. - Every staff member was fairly friendly.
